Leading a team in a public administration unit – whether a government department or a mission abroad – requires skills of organisation, management and leadership. You will engage with your trainers and peers in sessions to develop these skills, in which effective communication and working with people are key elements. Supported by our practitioners you will deal with real-life dilemma’s and problems that will enhance your performance in present and future leadership positions.
