Katrin manages daily operations for the CPDS Group’s European business. She is in charge of business development, customer relations and end-to-end management for training programmes and projects. Katrin has proven skills in administration, coordination and project management. She has been working in the field of adult education for last twelve years. She worked as Programme Manager at the Estonian School of Diplomacy where she organised training courses for an international study group of young diplomats and civil servants. She also organised a number of study visits to Tallinn for diplomats of Eastern Partnership countries, Central Asia, as well as from Palestine, Kosovo and Afghanistan.

After many years with Estonian School of Diplomacy, Katrin worked briefly in the European Union IT Agency eu-LISA where she assisted the Training Coordinator for Member States.

In 2016-17, prior to the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the EU, Katrin first worked as Project Manager for a large-scale training project preparing the Estonian civil servants for their roles during the Presidency. She was in charge of coordinating numerous courses targeted to from regular officials to ministers.

During the Estonian EU Presidency Katrin acted as a Liaison Officer and welcomed several foreign delegations in Tallinn for the informal inter-ministerial meetings. As the Liaison Officer she also took part in the parliamentary dimension of the Estonian EU Presidency.

In 2019 Katrin worked as a Project Manager for a training project aimed to prepare the Finnish officials for its EU Council Presidency.

Katrin has studied sociology, international relations and European integration. In her spare time she enjoys jogging, gardening and wine in good company.
