Laure is a trainer and professor specialising in EU and international affairs. 

In her position at the French School of Administration (ENA), she designed and supervised training programmes to prepare Hungarian and Polish officials ahead of their Presidency of the EU Council. Since 2012, Laure has also acted as a trainer on EU decision-making process, institutions and  ahead of their Presidency helping to prepare Lithuanian, Estonian and Slovenian officials for their EU Presidency.

In 2013, Laure was part of a team seconded by the European Commission to support the Lithuanian Presidency on EU external action, development cooperation policy and external assistance instruments.

Laure holds a PhD in political science (Sciences-Po Paris). Besides her native French, she speaks English and Russian.

In her spare time she enjoys exploring new places and reading.
